About Us

Having been in sales leadership roles within the digital media ecosystem for over two decades, I've gotten to the point in my career where I get just as much satisfaction from helping someone to find a terrific new role as I get from closing a deal. I genuinely enjoy helping people when they're looking for work and I think most would tell you that I'm pretty good at it.

Most recently, I've spent the majority of my time working for non-US companies and have seen first hand the struggles that internal recruitment teams have in socializing their opportunity and then appealing to the US audience. 

So, I started this company to try and bring a few of my passions together. Helping people to find jobs in a space that I know well, helping foreign companies succeed in the US...and encouraging everyone to travel as much as possible through our referral program!
