How It Works
- Contract with us to help us to understand the ideal candidate profile for your company.
- With your job descriptions in-hand, we will identify and reach out to candidates within our professional network that may be a terrific fit.
- If the candidate is interested to learn more, we will present them to you in order to determine whether an introduction makes sense.
- If the interest is mutual, we'll make an introduction and turn over the interview and hiring process to you.
- You pay 50% of the placement fee on the employee start date, with the remaining 50% due after 45 days.
