Employers

1. Contract with us and provide detail around the ideal candidate profile.
2. With your job descriptions in-hand, we will identify and reach out to candidates within our professional network that may be a terrific fit.
3. If the candidate is interested to learn more, we will present them to you in order to determine whether an introduction makes sense.
4. If the interest is mutual, we'll make an introduction and turn over the interview and hiring process to you.
5. You pay 100% of the placement fee (7.5%) on the employee start date.*

*   If a placed Candidate's employment ends — whether voluntary or involuntary, but excluding layoffs, restructuring, or role elimination by Client — within ninety (90) days of the start date, Recruiter will either (a) conduct one replacement search for the same role at no additional fee, or (b) issue a refund or credit according to a pre-determined schedule.
